The company's dedication and passion for offering quality services at competitive rates has enabled the company to establish and maintain a good reputation in the industry. From the beginning of the company's operation, the company has operated twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The company has aided in the "rescue" of many out of state or local operators due to the fact that a Dynamic staff member answers the company's phones at all times. Dynamic, just like most motor coach companies in Florida is primarily a charter operation. Due to the company's ability to meet challenges, the company's flexibility and adaptability, the company were fortunate to be called upon in 1998 and 1999 to assist Walt Disney World's College Housing Transportation Program. The company provided 80% of the "then existing route structure" for approximately five months. In 2002, due to the company's knowledge of the program and proven ability the company were much honored to be awarded the 2002 - 2005 College Housing Program. Having successfully serviced the program for 40 months, transporting between 4000 and 5500 workers every day, seven days a week, that particular contract required 25 coaches and 125 employees. The company's clients have included the Florida Army National Guard, Progress Energy of Florida Hurricane Relief for several hurricane seasons, Gulf Power, The State of Texas Hurricane Evacuation Efforts in 2008, FEMA relief work in Louisiana, as well as two major league baseball farm clubs for their travel schedules.
