Dynamic Athlete Agency is a Vancouver based hockey agency that specializes in assisting young hockey players reach their goals and take the next step. The Founder and Agent at Dynamic is James Haddad. James comes from a background in Business and Athletics that gives him a unique perspective in the hockey industry. James is an alumni of the Sauder... School of Business at UBC. Originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, James moved out to Vancouver after receiving a scholarship to play football at UBC. Growing up James played a wide range of sports, including hockey, many at a high level, several at the provincial level. These experiences gave him an inside perspective on the wants and needs of high level athletes at the amateur level. His high-performance athletic career continued at UBC where James competed against the best varsity football players in the country for five years, many of whom went on to play professionally in the CFL and NFL. These experiences have given him the knowledge of what it takes to compete at a high level and how to balance those demands with academic responsibility. Requiring two knee surgeries while only in University, James' football career came to a premature end after his last game at UBC. Moving into the professional ranks after college, James stayed close to the world of sports and had been looking for a way to get closer to young athletes looking for an edge as they pursue their careers. Starting the Dynamic Athlete Agency gives James the opportunity to work closely with elite young talent and to use his skills and experiences to help them achieve their ultimate goal of playing professional hockey.
