Over the years we have been disappointed and frustrated by the way that the way that investors and listed companies communicate, primarily with regard to investor feedback. Too much attention is paid to getting the information out to investors and not enough to developing understanding and relationships. We believe that modern investor relations is... about communication - two way communication or, in technical language, duplex communication. Having seen the value being destroyed by traditional mechanisms, we set about applying technology to address the problem.
