Greg began his business career with Dean Witter and then EF Hutton in the pension management area focusing on managed accounts in the real estate funding sector. In the late 80s, Greg co-founded a private real estate financing firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. The firm grew to manage over $150 million in a privately funded real estate portfolio and banked $500,000,000 annually in conventional A paper.
