He's been cooking all of his life. He started when he was very young. He used to help his grandparents when he went to visit them. His grandmother was a great cook. Everything she made was from scratch. We wrote down some of her recipes and still have some of them to hand down to future generations. His grandfather was the Bar-B-Q man. He taught him everything he knew about bar- b-q. That is where his love for the grill all began. Tommy dabbled with grilling for years and then in about 2008, he begin to take it serious. We primarily cook by using a smoking technique with a combination of both charcoal and wood. We also occasionally use grilling for quick and simple events. We have cooked for fundraisers, parties, and small events. Each time we received rave reviews. We are now taking our bar-b-q/ smoking techniques to the next level.
