Veronica Otero spent the earlier part of her Accounting career working for National and International companies such as Panasonic Co and Central Parking Systems before entering the healthcare industry over 12 years ago. Holding a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Veronica also obtained her Nursing Home Administrator and Certified Nurses Aide Licenses in order to better understand the regulatory and care delivery challenges facing the healthcare industry. Prior to joining DSI as the Controller, Veronica was the Director of Financial and Administrative Services for Bridgeway Senior Healthcare in Bridgewater, NJ. Emphasis is placed on structuring programs to function in a manner that is financially sound. Efficiency, quality, and safety are of primary importance. The financial performance of the operation is analyzed monthly. Services are constantly monitored so they can be maintained, expanded, and improved.
