DREAMWORK CONSTRUCTION INC. (DCI) is one of the fastest growing and most promising companies in the arena of construction today. It started as single proprietorship as TRI-TECH CONSTRUCTION PHILS. (TRICON) and was officially accredited by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) and duly licensed by the Department of Trade and Industry... as a single proprietorship company. After only one busy year, it has grown into a regular corporation. On May 07, 2001, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued DREAMWORK CONSTRUCTION INC. (DCI) a Certification of Incorporation with SEC Reg. No. A20106393, while on June 25, 2002, the PCAB issued a Contractor's License with an "A" Category for General Building and General Engineering classification. On July 23, 2007, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved the Increase of Capital Stock from Php10M to Php100M and the PCAB application for the upgrading of Contractor's License from Category A to Category AA was approved on December 18, 2007.
