DreamForce LLC is owned and operated by Kirt C. Kershaw. Kirt is a 1998 graduate of the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication. After college Kirt began training small and big businesses on Microsoft Office Software. He also completed the certifcation courses with Microsoft and became a Microsoft Certified Office... Application Specialist and Master Instructor for Windows, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel, and Access for the following versions: 2000, 2002 (XP), 2003, 2007 (Vista), Microsoft Project XP and CompTIA A+. On his quest for learning more software products to teach, Kirt was introduced to AdvancedMD Practice Management Software and is a Certified trainer for AdvancedMD. He mastered the medical billing Practice Management software and used his college and Microsoft Office training skills to train medical offices and billing services. But, Kirt found that most billing services and medical offices struggled with basic structure and organization. Many employees are new to the medical billing industry and don't understand even the simplest functions. He began creating step by step instructions on how to use the Practice Management (PM) software integrated with the office policies. Employees not only learned the PM software faster but understood exactly how to perform their job duties increasing work efficiencies. DreamForce LLC now contracts directly with Medical Billing Services as they work with us to create training manuals and training videos based on their internal office policies and around their selected PM software. Medical billing services and medical offices quickly find the power of cross training new employees with these visual and interactive tools.
