Full-Time Admin/Lettings Assistant An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual with a pro-active approach to join our expanding lettings team. You will primarily be assisting with administration but will also help with general negotiator duties. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in administration work, be keen to interact with prospective tenants and landlords and learn more about the lettings industry generally. Salary £17,000 pa. Closing date 30th November 2014. Property Acquisition Manager We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual; with excellent local knowledge to join our team in order to generate new property enquires and acquire new holiday cottages to add to our existing high quality portfolio. You will have a demonstrable track record within a similar sales environment and use your skills and experience to present Dream Cottages to prospective new owners in a professional and knowledgeable manner whilst visiting potential new owners, valuing their property and discussing its potential as a holiday let. You will be pro-active in generating new cottage enquiries which you will then convert to new business. You will need to be self-motivated and innovative in approach. You will be based in our historic office in Hope Square, old Weymouth Harbour side, although due to the nature of the job will be out of the office frequently and may have to work some weekends in a 5 day a week rota.
