Sasha Merritt founded Dragonfly Ink to create beautiful 3D nipple tattoos as works of art. She is a fine artist who has been professionally tattooing for more than 20 years. For the last ten years, Sasha has been dedicated to helping clients reclaim their bodies after breast cancer with the artistry of 3D nipple and areola tattooing. Sasha is one o... f only a few artists in the country performing this highly specialized procedure. Sashas training includes traditional tattooing, cosmetic tattooing, as well as fine art drawing and painting. She is registered with the state of California as a professional tattoo artist and keeps a current blood borne pathogens certification. Her 3D nipple tattooing work has been featured in the San Francisco Examiner and on KALW radio, an NPR affiliate in San Francisco. Sasha has worked with SF General Hospital to help underserved patients gain access to this procedure. She has trained nurses, PAs and NPs from a variety of medical facilities, including Stanford Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente. Sasha has also been a guest tattoo artist in various cities, including London, England, in both tattoos shops and medical facilities and operates her own tattoo studio in San Francisco (Dragonfly Ink Studio).
