All drawings meet or exceed Ontario Building Code regulations and adhere to common building practices. All drawings are BCIN approved. At "DI" every effort is made to ensure our plans occupy the best use of space available while recognizing they may need minor modifications to fit your personal needs. "DI" offers a range of consulting packages for our pre-designed plans to ensure your plans meet your needs. These customized designs can be created in as little as three weeks. "DI" will work from your concept drawings and initial consultation and proceed to produce preliminary drawings for your review. After reviewing your preliminary drawings you will have the opportunity to make any necessary changes prior to the completion of your comprehensive set of drawings.
