About Downtown Yoga
Kat discovered yoga and meditation as a way to balance the chaos of a demanding career and constant growing family. In 2017, she ditched the corporate life and became a full time mom of three girls. With the new found time, Kat began to further her yoga practice. In 2018, she completed Annie Carpenter's SmartFLOW 200 hour yoga teacher training at Downtown Yoga with Britni Serou, E-RYT 500, YACEP. In her classes, Kat focuses on finding true balance, philosophical exploration and discovering the you within. Off the mat, Kat enjoys rock climbing, photography, and spending time with her family. Emily Dinger is a full time student at Southeastern Louisiana University and is studying Kinesiology. She is also a Southeastern cheerleader.
