Recommending design and engineering professionals. Recommending financial professionals. Providing ongoing pre-construction insight for constructability, budgetary and scheduling considerations. Establishing and updating detailed estimates and schedules based on comprehensive historical information and current market conditions. Managing the bidding and negotiation process for outside services and materials. Coordinating the critical systems such as mechanical, electrical and plumbing in conjunction with the architectural design. "Value Engineering" the project design, systems and material costs in order to provide the maximum benefit at the most advantageous cost.
