Our firm was established over 30 years ago. Over the years, our company has completed many projects- including building custom homes, renovations and additions as well, developing Douglass Lane.- a nine home development located on a private cul-de-sac street in Chester Springs Pennsylvania. Ultimately, our goal is to create beautiful quality homes... and or additions, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional each for great value. We offer a wide range of building services - from using existing Birchrun Builder plans, working with your architect or recommending an architect if needed, the planning and selection process, through design and construction , to the final product.
