But professionally, Barbara is an authority on water and sewer systems. In fact, she has worked on so many water and sewer systems in rural Montana she's like the Johnny Appleseed of safe drinking water. Barbara's specialty is helping communities through the entire economic development process, from researching and securing financing, obtaining professional architectural or engineering services and completing construction. Barbara has built professional working relationships with state regulatory agencies and has learned to navigate the bureaucratic maze to acquire public financing for her clients.
