Were an established local business offering a drive in and an internet booking service. You dont pay online, just place your booking and youll be able to select a date to come in and have your tyres fitted and make a payment in the normal way. Staff are helpful and polite enough. I had a warranty/ recall job done on my V40, oily greasy hand prints... was left around the bonnet and grill area and when I topped up the screenwasher later that day big lumps of carbon deposits had been dropped around the engine bay area. Would of taken a few moments for the technician to given the area a finishing wipe. Other than that I've been happy with the service provided and will use the dealership again in future but I will remind them to leave the car clean as I'd expect this as standard from a high end dealership. My last review of Donalds Ipswich was 2 years ago and I gave 5* for superb customer service for an XC40 bought at another dealership. Having now bought another new XC40, this time from Donalds Ipswich Im pleased to give another 5* review. Thank you Aaron. After a minor glitch, the issue was quickly rectified.
