Don Richard Associates has been providing staffing services to businesses throughout the Hampton Roads area for over 20 years. Our centrally located offices in the Business District of Virginia Beach and the Thimble Shoals area of Newport News, enable us to service our clients effectively and to stay in tune with important developments within each... community. Since our inception in 1981, we have specialized in the Accounting and Finance professions, placing thousands of candidates into both temporary and direct hire positions. Over the years, we have added Office Support, Information Technology, Sales and Managed Health Care to our areas of expertise. Today, we consider each area of expertise to be equally important. During the past 20 years, DRA has been very active in the community. We have attended numerous job fairs, tradeshows, college career day events and employment workshops. Our staff members have devoted many hours to various organizations that improve the quality of employment in the Hampton Roads area. Currently, each DRA employee devotes his or her time to at least two local organizations. For example, Ed Greene, DRA President, has been an active member of the accounting community having served as President of the local chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants as well as the Tidewater Chapter of the Virginia Society of CPA's. Ed is currently serving on the Regional Board of the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce. In 1998, Don Richard Associates was recognized for our contributions by earning the title of "Virginia Beach Small Business of the Year", from the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce.
