About Don and Son's
Don's Welding was established in 1967 by Don Stewart, Sr. He started in a small shop with one welding truck. The work primarily consisted of heavy equipment, shovels, buckets, booms, mining equipment and some crane repair. In the late 1970's his oldest son Don Jr. came to work in the business. During this time the company evolved into more crane repairs. Procedures for these repairs came from working with engineers at Hitachi, Grove, LinkBelt, Manitowoc, Tadano, and many other crane manufacturers. In the early 1990's Don's youngest son Zach came to work in the business and the company changed to Don and Sons LLC. The services expanded to machining and portable line boring. Don and Sons is still commited to quality and putting the customer first as we are in our sixth decade of business.Explore more
