After eight years of those activities Thomas acquired his Georgia real estate license in 1988. The initial focus was on site selection for intense commercial uses, fast food, banks and convenience stores. After that he gained the experience of locating and contracting sites for an expanding national big box retailer. After that, several years managing site acquisition for residential development. Then ten years of site selection, development and marketing/leasing office properties. That covers 34 years in real estate, 23 years a licensed Broker in Georgia. homas grew up in Spartanburg, SC and graduated Furman University, Greenville, SC. In 2012 Thomas's son Devan joined the business, effectively doubling the company. Devan has matured and gained valuable experience representing various clients including Wells Fargo Bank.
