In a short time, Domain Builders has made swift progress in bringing homegrown values of commitment, ingenuity and excellence back to the forefront of Houston construction. Prior to Domain Builders, Don completed more than a billion dollars in multifamily projects spanning across Texas and the east coast from Boston to Tampa. Working with national development companies J.P.I., Greystar Development & Construction, and The Hanover Company, he obtained a multifaceted skillset which drives his deep-rooted team mentality. As part of these teams, Don oversaw all aspects of the operational successes of his teams, including due diligence process, environmental impact studies, budgets, scheduling, and consultant management. A New York native, Don is now a well-acclimated Texan, having called the Greater Houston area home for 30 years.
