Working with national development companies J.P.I., Greystar Development & Construction, and The Hanover Company, he obtained a multifaceted skillset which drives his deep-rooted team mentality. As part of these teams, Don oversaw all aspects of the operational successes of his teams, including due diligence process, environmental impact studies, budgets, scheduling, and consultant management.
