Founded in Rio de Janeiro in 1987, DMS was initially focused on customs consulting services, however the customers demand and the new paths taken by the foreign trade industry led the company to invest in transportation as a complementary service. In the 90's, with the opening of the domestic market to imports, DMS started operating as a Freight Fo... rwarder and transferred the major portion of the new investments to this sector, consolidating its image as a Logistics and Customs Services Operator. The first years of the new millennium were very important to the planning of a strong expansion and the opening of its first international branch. In 2006, DMS opened its operations in Miami, United States of America.
