More locally, we can assess the viability of sites large or small for development and seek to obtain Planning Consent prior to sale which significantly lifts the value of a plot. Church Architects: If your plans range from developing a new scheme to smaller improvements, we can help you. We have years of experience in this area. In addition to project work we also act as Quinquennial survey architects over a wide geographical area. We have won Design Awards for our church building work. School Architects: We can advise you on making improvements to your buildings or to your site, or if you have a new scheme project in mind we have experience here also. We can advise on maintenance issues and all within an appreciation of close budget monitoring.
