We will introduce new procedures when required, and we will complete the project on time and within budget. Our 40 employees include project managers, contract managers and crews of trained construction and maintenance workers. Our crews can be deployed into four pipe-laying groups, supported by an administration and management team. We have also fostered a close alliance with selected subcontractors who are trained to meet DKM company standards, giving us the flexibility to call upon several subcontractor pipe-laying teams when necessary.
