Our responsibilities cover, offices, site trailers, show homes and houses from which we operate and build. We seek to adopt and maintain the best environmental practice in what we do and review them regularly to ensure that we remain most effective within our business in adopting these measures, we aim to protect the environment and to enhance the... reputation of our product for the long term. Our objectives as a company are to Reduce, Re-use and Recycle along with complying with the environmental legislation and other environmental requirements, implement and continually improve an environment management system for operational effectiveness. We aim to reduce our paper usage by minimize single-use paper. Sign documents electronically when possible. File documents electronically instead of printing where possible. Minimize construction waste. Make use of prefabricated assemblies where possible and use locally sourced material. Reduce our carbon emissions by picking up purchases instead of using delivery services where possible. Participate in the Bike to Work Week and encourage staff to use public transport, share transportation to events and seminars when possible. Reduce unnecessary energy use, through turning off computers when leaving the offices and turning off lights when leaving spaces. Throughout our office we use energy efficient lighting. We re-use printed paper when possible as scrap paper instead of purchasing notepads. We re-use site office furniture, tools and materials on multiple projects where possible. Recycling throughout out company is conducted on a day to day bases. We promote recycling in all our offices and show homes with designated bins for rubbish, recycling and food waste. Construction waste is taken to a local landfill where is it sorted and recycled accordingly.
