How do you guys do business? We are a family business that must provide exceptional service in order to compete in today's market. I told you over lunch that we don't sell "tir... es," we actually sell "us. Therefore, we ask our customers to lean heavily on us for the service we can provide while our competitors are asking for stocking orders. We are telling our customers to keep the money in their pockets and to utilize our inventory as their own. We will deliver 1 tire, 4 tires, 1 tube, etc. like a pizza. Who do you sell to? We sell to retail tire shops, commercial accounts, and owner/operators of trucks. How long does an average in-stock order take to ship? If you are in our local market within 25 mile radius, we will deliver your order within an hour to hour and a half. If you are outside, we will ship same day, but it may not arrive until the following business day. The truck tire shipments vary because we are on much larger scale for the continental U.S. How can you help me with my business? 1) Our customers can keep less inventory and utilize us for just in time delivery. 2) Our manufacturer relationships are exceptional, which allows to participate in certain opportunities that other wholesalers don't get to participate in. 3) We advertise same day adustments/credits (If a customer sends a tire back for a manufacturers defect or road hazard warranty, we issue a credit the same day.
