Above all, given how finicky we were in the beginning, she was very, very patient and continued to show us properties till we found the right one. Our agent was amazing at negotiating the right deal for us having never bought property here in the States, we needed someone who would really think about us, and not just offload another property. Really glad we bought our first home through Dimension. My fiancé and I were so happy to have Dimension Properties as our brokers. It was our first experience buying a home and she made it a really positive one. From always being available to show us homes, to quick return of emails and phone calls. Our broker seemed to know exactly what would work for us. In the future if we decide to buy another home we will definitely call the Dimension Team. Our broker at Dimension Properties was amazing and a highly dedicated professional. She wrote offers on houses into the late hours of the night (once close to midnight) and showed us dozens of homes. Her depth of knowledge regarding construction (she knew how old certain components were and how long they would last) and real estate (including the loan process, contract issues, how to deal with other agents, etc) was fantastic. Ultimately, we beat out cash offers and got the house we really wanted. The opposing agent acknowledged that our agents follow-ups and staying true to her word (providing things on time, replying quickly, etc.) were what sealed the deal. Thank you so much!
