Founder/Creative Director, Ivan Yap, has been in hairdressing for over 25 years. He has been based in Manchester UK since 2006. From his early days as an enthusiastic hairstylist in Singapore, Ivan discovered his natural flair and talent for hair. Trained by the best and worked with the best, from Vidal Sassoon to Toni&Guy, he has honed the fine ar... t of hairdressing to perfection. Up to this day, he still strives on to better his skills. Ivan has done many hair shows and is also an hair educator. He has trained several leading stylists in the industry. He won "Salon Hairdresser of the Year" in 2009, whilst working for Toni&Guy. He was with Toni&Guy for 13 years. In Oct 2014, Ivan founded "D'Image". Tucked away in a prestigious area in the heart of Manchester city centre (41 South King Street), D'Image offers clients an up close and personal experience. An up market chic boutique hair salon, where we provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. Ivan and his team are creative, passionate, hardworking and consistent hairdressers.
