Dignity's individual equine cremation service provides a personal and dignified send-off for horses, ponies and donkeys of all sizes. Our standard of service is on a different level to the normal "ashes back" companies and is driven by ethics, respect and attention to detail. It mirrors the award winning service of Dignity Pet Crematorium for small... er pets. We are there to give you complete peace of mind and work alongside your vet to help you through your loss. Many owners worry about how their horse will be treated after passing, which is why we have strict procedures to guarantee they will be cared for with respect and looked after on their own at all times. We have invested in a bespoke equine trailer enabling us to collect your much loved horse with the utmost dignity regardless of the location. It can be a very difficult, confusing and stressful time and the final day can come without warning; which is why we offer responsive collections 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whenever possible it is better to plan the final day in advance so that we can attend either at the same time as your vet or just after their visit. We recommend thinking about the practicalities of access requirements before you have your horse put to sleep to ensure that our trailer can be positioned as near to them as possible. We are equipped to deal with the most difficult of uplifts however a little planning can avoid potential issues. You are welcome to be present when we collect your horse and you can choose to have a final goodbye when they are at rest in our equine trailer if you want. We promise to be open and honest with you at all times. For example, in an emergency call out we will provide you with an estimated time of arrival and ensure you receive a courtesy call when we are 30 minutes away.
