Well, this is what you've been looking for. Different Drummer's Kitchen's Cooking Schools in Northampton, MA and Albany, NY feature hands-on as well as demonstration style classes. You will find our instructors knowledgeable and down to earth. Our course selection varied and exciting. Menus range from regional cooking to seasonal themes. In the past we've taught classes on Indian cooking, Thai Cuisine, Cajun, holiday entertaining, knife skills, and even have a yearly kids camp, getting young people engaged in cooking. Our classes run on a three semester year round schedule. Classes typically last 2.5 hours. Students sample all items from the featured menu at the end of the class.
