Dieujuste Ministries is a non-profit international Christian organization. First, we seek to promote and advance the Great Commission of Jesus Christ to the church, in accordance with Matthew 28:18-20, to make disciples of all nations. Consequently, we organize evangelistic mission trips, mainly to Haiti. Our primary mission is to announce unashame... dly the good news of the gospel and to reach the lost for Jesus Christ. Moreover, we help pastors and church leaders so that they may serve their congregations better. We have patterned our vision on Ephesians 4:11-13. "So Christ Himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip His people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be builtupuntil we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ" (NIV). This is an immense responsibility. Unfortunately, unity of faith is far from being reached because the body of Christ is not being effectively built. Why? Because, in most cases, the people are not being effectively equipped for works of service. The people are not being equipped for ministry because, sadly, observations reveal that many Christian leaders, despite their good intentions, are often bogged down by ministry priorities that do not edify the people nor serve the cause of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Consequently, the primary mission of the church is often neglected. The result is that we are "having church" but the people are not really growing spiritually. They are not being developed to maximize their God-given potentials; they remain spiritual infants. This is a critical issue, not only in America, but also in other countries, such as Haiti, where many pastors and Christian leaders, despite their good will, often received little or no formal pastoral and leadership training.
