A respected member of the American Bar Association and the State Bars of Arizona and California; Mr. Dicks is also a member of the Arizona, San Diego and Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Associations, and is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys of California. Mr. Dicks is also an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and a founding member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). A featured speaker at several CAI National Conferences, he has toured the country lecturing on many aspects of construction defect litigation. In 1998, he was named "Member of Year" by the CACM. Mr. Dicks graduated Cum Laude from the California Western School of Law after receiving his undergraduate degree from San Diego State University.
