Diamond Liners, Inc. was founded in December 1990 by John H. Bender and Houston O. Bender, quickly becoming the leader in the sprayed-on bedliner market. In 1995, Diamond Liners decided to expand into the manufacturing and distributing of equipment and chemicals to others interested in this successful automotive aftermarket business. Sprayed-on bed... liners, typically known for trucks is a suitable product for vans, jeeps, utility bodies, trailers, lift gates, aftermarket accessories, equipment and more. Johns experience in engineering and manufacturing of equipment gave them the knowledge to build a spray machine that is efficient and is designed in such a way as to enable the applicator to avoid wasted chemicals, identify problems, maintain and service the equipment with each and every application. Diamond Liners has available diversified chemical systems, that work through plural component high pressure heated 1:1 ratio spray equipment. Diamond Liners industrial strength polyurethane and/or polyurea coating is sprayed on hot under high pressure, permanently bonding to the surface, sealing out rust, protecting against corrosion and harsh chemicals, is resistant to abrasion, gives a non-skid finish and is DIAMOND TOUGH. The equipment and spray gun help reduce and eliminate the potential for sags, drips or runs. Drop-ins and mats customarily tear, warp or crack, but with Diamond Liners coating on these elements all are omitted. Their coatings bond to wood, diamond plate, aluminum, fiberglass, steel and concrete, forming a permanent seal. Also available are primers, top coats, foam and pour/casting materials, all of which are under the market of polyurethane coatings and are suitable for the aftermarket industry.
