DIAMO firmly believes it is their obligation to stock 100% of the parts on all of their models in their distribution center at all times. DIAMO USA has committed to specifying top quality parts to be used in their products to reduce the amount of warranty claims. At the same time, DIAMO USA wants to insure that if a customer needs a part that they don't have to wait for it. All warranty claims or parts request that are filed with DIAMO USA are reviewed and processed within 48 hours. Once a request is authorized that part will be shipped within 24 hours. DIAMO USA will guarantee to our Dealers and their Customers that we will have the part they need in stock. DIAMO USA will guarantee to ship the part within 15 days to the customer or we will extend the parts coverage of the warranty an additional 90 days. The following terms apply: The part needed must be for a DIAMO bike and must have been purchased from an authorized DIAMO dealer. The Dealer is required to submit to DIAMO USA all required documents for the warranty registration in accordance with the warranty guidelines. The customer needing the part must have a DIAMO bike currently under warranty. 15 Day delivery guarantee starts once the parts request has been received in writing by DIAMO USA. The dealer must submit a warranty extension request for any consumer who qualifies under this guarantee. Disclaimer: DIAMO USA is not able to guarantee body panels as part of this parts guarantee. DIAMO USA offers too many colors and models in their product line to be able to stock the percentage of body parts needed to meet the requirements of this guarantee based on the number of annual units sold.
