Founded in 1995 as a women-owned business by Dee Regan, Diamant Inc set out to bridge the gap between contractors and residents during capital construction projects in occupied buildings. In April 2010, Diamant received its official certification from Massachusetts to operate as Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and aDisadvantaged-Business Ente... rprise(DWE). As liaison, we saw the need for a primary point of contact during a major capital renovation project that was bringing construction workers into people's homes on a regular basis. Our team set up work areas for the contractor in apartment dwellings, oversaw the break down after work was completed for the day and ensure that the property was left clean in preparation for the resident's return. Our involvement helped the contractor to focus on getting their work done, provided the resident(s) with a contact focused on the project full time, and allowed the property management team to continue with regular business.Read More
