DH Architecture is a young and vibrant architectural company established in Somerset West. We offer fresh and innovative architectural solutions. Our main focus is in the residential market, whether it be a single residential house or a 10 apartment multi-residential project. Donovan Hanekom, the principle of the company has been practicing Archite... cture since 2006, and operating his own company since 2004. We have been awarded the 2008 House of the year award in Schonenberg Estate for House Bune. We have recently been featured in the June 2009 House and Garden, and the September 2009 Home/ Tuis magazine. The style of Architecture really depends on the client. We have done from up-market French Provencal to Contemporary houses with an edge. We have been involved in a multi house residential complex development. Renovation of existing residential houses for developers, for speculative purposes, is something that we specialize in. We tell our clients that our fee will pay for itself, over and over, once the total value of your beautiful new home or renovation has been valuated. You are planning quite an exciting journey and our involvement in the project will span over a period of 7 - 9 months.
