About DG Smith Insurance
D.G. Smith Insurance was originally established by David Smith in January 1981 and operated from his home office for over 25 years. In December 2002, David hired his daughter-in-law Keri, who was prepared to start growing the company and in March 2005, we would move from the comfortable confines of the home office to a retail space in Uxbridge. With more clients and larger space, the firm saw the return of Dave's son, Kevin who brought a huge value in his corporate expertise. The next generation was underway. The profitable growth of the next five years saw Keri and Kevin positioned to purchase D.G. Smith Insurance: Dave moved on to fulfill his retirement plans. Over the twelve months that followed, D.G. Smith once again relocated to larger premises and completed the acquisition of Blyth Insurance Brokers. With customer satisfaction and growth as two key factors in their vision, D.G. Smith will continue to manage internal referrals and external acquisition opportunities.Explore more
