Devino Architects + Associates is a full service architectural & MEP firm located in Jersey City, NJ. Established in 1996 as Park Avenue Design Group, we have designed and constructed over 1,100 residential condominium units and thousands of square feet of commercial and retail space. We specialize in a diverse catalog of use groups including multi... -family buildings, high-rise structures, low-rise urban infill buildings, spa and fitness centers, restaurants, urban planning, as well as interior design and educational facilities. We also have a great knowledge and understanding in environmental sustainability. We have designed numerous landscaped spaces and vegetated roofing throughout our careers. This was not only to accommodate aesthetic requirements, but more importantly, to control water erosion and runoff which is necessary in the urban landscape. The office plan is to be fully LEED accredited by July 2009. Since our inception, we have established the highest degree of quality in our designs and construction. We offer architectural, design/build, marketing services as well as construction management all under one umbrella. Through the years, we've established relationships with some of the top consultants and sub-contractors in the Hudson County marketplace. With these relationships we bring total respect and professionalism to every project, whether large or small. Throughout our history we have prided ourselves in giving back to local organizations by donating our services to the community, often in the Hudson County area. We donated the design and construction of the Hoboken Little League concession and recreation building, designed and installed the air conditioning system for the Boys & Girls Club in Jersey City, and recently we prepared drawings and expedited permits to convert a parking lot into a youth basketball court in Hoboken.Read More
