DevelopMental Pty Ltd was founded in 2009 and registered as a Registered Training Organisation in 2010. We began with 12 qualifications in our scope, from Business Administration, to Frontline and Project Management. Since 2010 we have had over 750 students enrol in our programs, many of them have come back to study multiple courses. In 2010 and in... 2012 we developed winning tenders for two projects. One was to create an online evaluation tool for the Diploma of Project Management, the other was to run a Queensland-wide project, to assist Tradespeople to become qualified in Project Management. Both of these projects were highly successful for DevelopMental and our clients. They also provided a focus and specialisation for our firm. We discovered that many of our clients desired support and guidance on both their projects and business operations. In 2014 we made the decision to review our educational scope and focus purely on Project and Management programs. These programs are versatile and valuable to any organisation, with our major clients being Government and medium-large sized enterprise outside of the Construction Industry. These quality programs are now in high demand as we run a very limited number of courses each year. The second result of our experience is the creation of Future Strategies Consulting, our boutique consultancy firm, which specialises in assisting SME's to focus on their future direction and develop strategies to achieve both long and short term goals.
