Acquired in 2012, Destiny Enterprises focuses on providing quality service and attractive living environments for its residents at all of their locations. Destiny currently owns and operates 87 one and two bedroom apartments as well as two, three, and four bedroom townhomes in twenty different buildings in Maumee, Ohio. Additionally Destiny has 14... units under development at it's mixed use facility on Summit Street in Downtown Toledo, Ohio, as well as other various locations throughout the city. Our team has over 70 years of combined property management experience. We specialize in providing quality customer service with knowledgeable experts and fast turnaround times on resident concerns. We recognize that the locations that our customers lease from us become their homes, regardless of the length of their stay. Although some of our residents relocate because of natural circumstances (life changes, work relocations, etc.), most of our customers go on to qualify for and eventually purchase homes.
