About DesignWorx
DesignWorx packaging was founded in 1960 by Charles Alexander Brodie. It was originally located in Pasadena on Arroyo Seco parkway, so the company adopted the name Arroyo Packaging. In the beginning, Arroyo distributed large plastic containers primarily to the chemical industry. In 1977, James Henry Devine(Jim) joined the company and began the expansion into other product categories. As time went by, the founder became interested in retirement and sold the business to Jim. The expansion into other categories accelerated. Additional talented people were hired with experience in design and distribution and the business continued to grow. In 2002, the company decided to change the name to something that better suited the company's growth in the design industry, hence the name DesignWorx Packaging.Explore more
