DesignSpec Inc. is a multi-disciplinary design firm providing services in Architecture, Interior Design, and Planning. We work in close association with related disciplines including engineering, landscape architecture, and graphic design. Begun as an Interior Design firm, DesignSpec was established in 1973 and incorporated in 1978. Over the years... DesignSpec Inc. has completed numerous projects ranging in scope from single family residences to multi-family low income housing developments to small commercial projects. With over 31 years of experience in the building industry, our work includes new construction as well as addition/renovations and historic renovation projects. With every project our objective is to provide broad, comprehensive design services. We develop each project by working as a team both within our firm and with the client and consultants to identify and incorporated all of the specific requirements of the project into a cohesive final design. We begin with initial programming, progress to site and design development, prepare all construction documents, and finish by observing the construction phase of each project.
