Dr. Sanchez is the owner of Desert Sun Acupuncture and Wellness and obtained her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Dr. Sanchez is a Nationally Certified Diplomate of Oriental Medicine and a State Licensed Doctor of Oriental Medicine. She aims to help her patients gain balanced heal... th to improve their quality of life and believes in educating her patients so that they feel empowered to take responsibility for their own health. Dr. Sanchez specializes in Womens Health, Pain Management, and Emotional Health, but has also had great success helping with Allergy Signs and Symptoms, Digestive Health Issues, and Insomnia. She uses primarily Chinese style acupuncture, cupping therapy, Chinese herbal medicine, and infrared heat therapy to help her patients achieve better health.
