Desari Properties was founded by Haji Awang Abu Bakar bin Haji Awang Ahmad. Beginning in the 1920's, his late father Haji Awang Ahmad bin Pehin Orang Kaya Laksamana Othman began to buy and develop land inside and around the old Brunei Town for their family rubber plantations. Allahyarham Haji Awang Ahmad with his nephews then moved on to other busi... nesses and became prominent pillars of the community. They were counted among the few business pioneers in rejuvenating Brunei Town that was ravaged after the Second World War. Capitalizing on his family's history in property development, Desari Properties was formed to build on this reputation of offering quality properties in sought after locations. Our management team has a combined experience of over 50 years of experience in property development and property management. We are committed to fostering a work environment grounded on teamwork.
