DesalNATE sold the system to Intelligent Solutions Water Works who were, then, responsible for maintenance of the system. Intelligent Solutions eventually sold the system to the City of Goodyear, AZ. The US NAVY approved DesalNATE Seawater Demonstration System to be installed at the US NAVY Base at Port Hueneme. DesalNATE signed a Joint Venture MOU... Agreement with Al-Rushaid Investment Company in Saudi Arabia to establish "Al-Rushaid DesalNATE, Inc." 2007 CH2M Hill completed engineering designs for the Catalina Project installation. Doosan Hydro Technology approved the manufacturing contract to build DesalNATE's Catalina SWRO system. DesalNATE signed a Joint Venture MOU Agreement with EDGO, Inc., a Jordanian corporation, to establish EDGO DesalNATE, Inc. DesalNATE is, currently negotiating a Joint Venture agreement with a large company in China.
