Denny's Indonesia

Harold Butler and Richard Jezak opened a donut stand in 1953 and called it Danny's Donuts in Lakewood, CA. Butler created and changed the concept a year later from donut shop to a coffee with store. Danny's Donuts is renamed Danny's Coffee Shops and operation to 24 hours. Butler changes the name to Denny's Coffee Shops and in 1961 becomes Denny's.... And the rest is history. Denny's goes to International opening first restaurant in Acapulco, Mexico. In 1981 its big milestone : the are now 1.000 Denny's across the country. In 2019 Denny's Corporation, franchisor an operator of one of the world's largest full-service family dinning chains, announced opening of it's first Indonesian location in Kasablanka Mall in Jakarta through a franchise agreement with PT Dennys Boga Indonesia.
