In January of 2005, Demo Plus was incorporated with Steve Cline as president and Nashville, Tennessee as its headquarters. Steve is a certified Green Advantage Contractor and is the past-president of the AGC (Associated General Contractors) of Middle Tennessee. Steve acquires new customers and maintains existing relationships by staying involved with projects from start to finish. Today, the company offers services which include structural demolition, architectural demolition, recycling, abatement and remediation, mobile crushing, site excavation and underground utilities. Chris Scissom has over 30 years of proven success in the design, management and work performance of both large and small scale demolition projects, including hazardous waste removal.
