As a staffing leader he has been involved of all phases of the recruiting process from, Recruiter, Branch Manager, Nation... al Director of Staffing Sales, and Regional Director for a large national search firm. All of Demand Professional Search recruiting staff members are senior recruiters, as well. Over those twenty years we have seen changes in the staffing industry. Just as Technology and Social Networks have changed the way we all live, work and communicate with each other, we have constantly evolved our recruiting process to take advantage of those changes.
