Dellamar Manufacturing Company has been serving the automotive and heavy equipment industries since 1984 with quality automatic and CNC machined products from nuts, bolts and hardware to prototype and production brackets in volumes from 50 piece runs to over 400,000 pieces per month. In order to serve a larger segment of the manufacturing industry, we are currently gearing our capabilities to produce parts in quantities as low as a single piece, such as prototypes and custom parts for motorcycles, go karts and custom vehicles. We have recently added centerless grinding to the services we can provide. We now have four Cincinnati centerless grinders for in-feed work up to 4 in diameter and through-feed work up to 3 in diameter. Tolerances to +/.0001 with up to 5 microfinishes.
