Amy's book, Knowing Beautiful: A New Bedtime Story for Women won the national 2015 Silver Medal Living Now Award. Amy teaches mindfulness within corporations, as a consultant with Potential Project. Prior to Delight for the Soul, Amy was a change management consultant with Accenture, a global management consulting firm, where she supported individuals going through change in the workplace. By leveraging her change management expertise, she explains, "I design my programs for each participant to feel supported and safe so they can try new experiences and ultimately leave with a stronger sense of joy and passion for living life fully." "For me, yoga is a moving meditation that feeds not just my body, but brings me more closely aligned to my centered most alive self every time. Amy offers a combination of restorative yoga which provides deep relaxation and the gentle flow of Hatha yoga, which includes slow-paced stretching, focus on the breath, and meditation. She is a certified restorative yoga trainer through Judith Lasater's Relax and Renew teacher training program.
