We offer a large range of services including a state of the art accounting system which allows us to provide... customized financial statements, an in-house CPA, 24-hour service and demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation. We have been members of Community Associations Institute (CAI) for over 20 years, hold their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and their Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. We manage over 100 residential properties primarily ranging in size from 10 units to 250 units. We take pride in our service record and the long tenure we have with many of our clients. We go the extra mile in everything we do including making the principals of our firm available 24 hours day and on call for our emergency service, providing services such as free direct debit availability for assessment payments and even attending your budget meeting with a laptop containing the property's financial information.
